Luxury chalet in Serre Chevalier with panoramic mountain views

The Haybarn is a 200-year-old hay barn in Serre Chevalier, restored as a four-bedroom chalet for 8 to 10 guests. The whole top floor is open plan under timber beams. It has a wood-burning fire, a dining table that seats 12, and a huge south-facing balcony with uninterrupted mountain views.

Every bedroom has luxury towels and 600-thread-count Egyptian cotton bedding. Extra pull-out beds are available on request.

Getting to the slopes, and getting here

The free ski bus stops 200m from the front door, about two minutes' walk. It runs directly to the Chantemerle telecabine, which opens up Serre Chevalier's 250km of pistes.

Turin is the closest airport, around 1 hr 25 by road, and Geneva is around 2 hr 45. Snow Cab, our own transfer service, can collect you from either.

Private door-to-piste shuttle

For an added fee, a driver collects your group from the chalet each morning and brings you back at the end of the ski day, skis and boots included. The shuttle runs every day except Saturday throughout the winter season. Chantemerle is the usual drop-off, and other sectors of the valley can be arranged.
